Installing Noticia Go on a Case

To activate Noticia Go, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Portal Home, navigate to UI Extensions
  2. Click Noticia Go AI
  3. In the sidebar, click Cases and activate the applicable case(s)
  4. Navigate to the case(s) and perform the following
    1. Click Features in the Case Setup menu and scroll to the bottom
    2. Activate Noticia Go for applicable groups
  5. Create a Workspace Layout like this:
  6. Create a three fields (if not already created) and add them to a conditional coding pane like this:
  7. Notify the client and provide training if necessary



If the fields are not yet created:

  • Create a new memo field, one to many
  • At the end of the name, add (ID = #####-##)
  • To find the ID, open developer tools in chrome (settings, more tools, developer tools)
  • Select the Network tab
  • Click on your field in the settings menu and you will see the new entry. 
  • Find the composite ID and paste each in the "Composite ID text fields in Noticia Go Settings. 
    • Give each field a helpful label for ease of use. 
    • We also recommend adding the composite ID to the "#####-##" placeholder in each Nuix field in the Case Setup section for ease of future recall. 


Please note each user must set up the fields for themselves inside Noticia Go.
