Improvements

• Case context approval workflows: Case Context now has an approval workflow which allows users to 'sign off' on the context before using it in the case. This ensures the output has been reviewed and approved by an identified user and reduces risk of unreviewed AI generated content having an impact on the review process.

• You can now edit the title of any bulk task you have previously run. This allows you to add descriptive titles to your bulk tasks for tracking and/or reporting purposes. 

• Improved error messages in bulk scans to include user instructions for resolution.

New Features

• Case Context: Now you can add certain documents, like your pleadings, to the case context. A specially trained agent will extract key details which can then be exported or passed into the prompt generator. 

• Billing Report: To aid in client reporting & billing, you can now download a report showing the amount of months Go has been active in the case, summarizes bulk scan tasks and shows the total number of paid scans. 

Improvements

• You can now see the current case and org details where before you could just see the active document

• Pricing & billing have been updated to be better value on both small and large cases. Now there is a flat monthly fee which includes 10,000 scans, and bulk scan rates past 10,000 are significantly lower. 

• Bulk Task status now shows success even when some records fail, as long as all documents are processed. Tasks only fail if the session ends before the task ends.

• Connect Fields for all users in a case. Simply connect a field in settings and it will be visible to all users in your case.

• Improved speed from 20 records/minute on average to over 200 records/minute on an average task

• Bulk tasks can now be run on up to 25,000 records, up from 5,000
