If you're experiencing issues with Nuix Discover, it can help to clear your browser cache. Follow the steps below to clear your cache in various browsers.
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cached images and files," check the box.
- Click Clear data.
In Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services .
- Under Delete browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Cached images and files
- Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.
