Welcome to Noticia Go — your AI-powered assistant for fast, flexible document review. This guide walks you through your first scan in just a few steps.


Whether you're reviewing for relevance, privilege, PII, or summarization, this is the fastest way to get results.


✅ Step-by-Step: Run Your First Scan

1. Open Noticia Go

  • Go to your case workspace and select the Noticia Go pane.

  • If you're using a multi-pane workspace, make sure Noticia Go is visible in the side menu.


2. Enter a Field Composite ID

  • Choose the field where you want to save the AI response (e.g., Summary, Privileged, Relevant).

  • The Field Composite ID is usually visible in the field name. If you’re unsure, contact support.



3. Write Your Prompt

  • In the Prompt section, enter your instruction.
    Example: “Summarize this document in one sentence” or “Does this document mention legal advice?”

  • Click Save Prompt.

4. Run a Single Scan

  • Click Scan Document to run the prompt on the currently open document.

  • The AI response will appear in the panel below. You can edit the prompt and scan again as needed.


? Refine Your Prompt

  • Review the AI’s response.

  • Adjust wording until you're consistently getting answers that meet your needs across different documents.

  • You can scan several individual documents this way to test the prompt before scaling up.


? Run a Bulk Scan

Once your prompt is working well:

  1. Go to the Bulk Scanning section.

  2. Select the documents you want to review (up to 5,000).

  3. Choose the same field you used before.

  4. Click Scan List.



Results will populate directly into the field across your selected documents. You’ll also get a scan report showing completion time, document count, and any errors.


⚠️ Notes

  • Scans require extracted text. If a document has no text (e.g. image-only), it can’t be scanned. You’ll see a warning if this happens.

  • “Scan” = one document processed with one prompt.

  • “Bulk Scan” = many documents processed with the same prompt and field.
