Recommended Clone Case Customizations
We suggest you review and consider customizing the following:
- Default Fields
- By adding and renaming fields, you can align the language in Nuix Neo Discover with the vernacular used by your team. This smooths the transition/training process and increases comprehension
- Workspaces
- Adding customized workspaces can be a great way to align all of your users around a common workflow.
- We suggest to add the Noticia Go AI workspace to all cases by default
- Case Groups
- Depending on the hierarchy and case management approach you take at your firm, you may want to add/remove/rename Case User Groups to ensure the right users have access to just the features they need, without unnecessary options or clutter.
