How to tell if Noticia Go is Installed on your case

Noticia Go can be enabled in any Nuix Discover case. If your organization has provided consent, Go is automatically added to all new cases by default. If Go is not available in your case, please contact your administrator or support to have it enabled.


How to confirm if Go is enabled in your case (Case User)

If you are a Case User, you can check whether Noticia Go is enabled by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Browse view.

  1. Look for a Noticia Go Workspace.

  1. Open the dropdown and confirm there is a Noticia Go Pane option.


If you do not see a Noticia Go pane, contact your administrator to have it enabled. 


How to confirm if Go is enabled in your case (Case Admin)

If you are a Case Administrator with permission to manage features, you can verify whether Go is enabled by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Security > Features.

  1. Locate Noticia Go in the features list.


If Go is not listed, contact your system administrator to have it enabled. If it is listed, ensure it is activated for the appropriate case groups.
