Noticia + Goodfact: Load File Support

Noticia is proud to partner with Goodfact to help legal teams quickly bring their documents into Goodfact's interactive chronology and fact management platform. We process your documents and generate a ready-to-import load file that meets Goodfact’s requirements. Our Canadian team supports the full process from start to finish.

This service is provided to both new and existing Noticia clients. 

Request a Load File

To request a Goodfact load file, please use our Technical Services Request Form and select "Goodfact Load File" as the service type.

Deliverable Content Details

Where possible we will provide .msg emails with embedded attachments - all other material will be delivered in the format that was provided. Attachments to emails will be embedded in the original email and a copy will be extracted and included separately in the load file with family relationship noted in the Parent doc ID field. 

All filetypes excluding .csv will be delivered for loading into Goodfact, and a separate copy of all material including .csv files will be provided to the client. 

The load file format is .csv and will contain the following fields: 

• Doc ID
• Parent doc ID
• Title
• Date
• People - From
• People - To
• People - CC
• People - BCC
• Goodfact comments
• Goodfact tag
• Relative file path to provided record.

Multi entry fields will be delimited with a semi-colon ( ; ). All other requests will be deemed custom and will be billed as such.

Pricing and Turnaround

• Processing & Load File: $199
• Optional Preview & Select Access: $10/GB/month

Standard turnaround is 2 business days. Files must be provided in a single .zip file. You’ll receive a downloadable link with the load file, an Excel index, and a copy of the processed documents.
