How to Export a Production

Before Starting

Confirm the following:

From the History Page within the Production, there are no errors
From the Load File Template page, your load file/hyperlinked Excel contains all the fields you wish to include

Setup

From the Export page under Manage Documents

Select Add
1. Name your export
2. Source: Production
3. Select Files to Export: Images, Natives, Content Files**
  - If using load files that contain consolidates Doclink or Document Link you must select Natives even if you don’t have any. This will trigger the system to create the link
4. Image Setting: Select Convert to Searchable PDF or Non-Searchable PDFs
  - This will provide you with multipage PDFs for any images in your production rules
5. Include Load File: Other Load File Type: Select the load file you wish to include
6. Summary: Review details to confirm output is expected

Export Completed

Green Checkmark:

Yellow Exclamation Point:

Warning	Action
No native files exported because none exist.	No action needed
No page files exported because none exist.	No action needed
No Content Files exported because none exist	No action needed
Errors occurred during OCRing of PDF files. The exported PDFs may not be searchable.	Select Hyperlink and confirm if the document should be OCRable. If so OCR outside the system
One or more tasks have failed. Files from these documents may not have been exported successfully.	Contact noticia support for technical support
