How to Batch Print documents

Batch printing is a way to export PDF copies of documents, this will not create a psychical copy of the document, only an electronic one.   

Before a document can be batch printed an image copy of the document must exist.

How to Batch Print: 

Once imaging is complete, select the documents you wish to batch print.   

Tools à Batch Print 

Select Footer options** à next 

**A common option is to endorse the image with the document ID 

Settings** à Finish 

**There are various batch print settings available.  Select or deselect the options that will best suit your needs

The material will start printing and downloading.  Depending on the page count of the images, this process can take considerable time.  

The download will appear in your local downloads location. Depending on the options you selected under settings, either only the records with images were printed, or all records with a placeholder for non-imaged material.
