How to Open a Linked Workspace

Modified on Thu, 31 Jul at 3:28 PM

If you like to work on two or more monitors, Nuix Neo Discover has the perfect workflow for you.

When working in your case, you can open a Linked Workspace which stays synchronized with your primary window. This allows you to have a more focused view of the active document, use more panes/tools, and much more.

How to open a linked workspace

To open a second window as a linked workspace, simply load a document set in your case and navigate to the list pane.

On the active document, open the document menu, click "Open as linked workspace" then select the workspace layout for your second monitor. In most Noticia cases you should have a workspace titled "Second Monitor" which is two View panes.

Now you can continue your review workflow with the active document remaining constant across the two windows!
